2. WATCH WHAT YOU EAT: What eat can affect your physical health and your sexual health.
If you take more of fruits like Dakes, watermelon, banana and others. they will help increase your libido. But if you take food loaded with carbohydrate, you will easily feel tired and sleepy.
3. DON'T OVERWORK YOURSELF: When you are stressed out, you will hardly enjoy sex. This is because you will be too tire and easily exhausted. Before sex with your spouse, spend some time to rest. It will enhance your sexual performance.
4. FORE PLAY: This is very important. Before sex with your spouse you must spend a reasonable time fore sexual foreplay. You don't jump on the bed and start having sex. That is why must ladies don't enjoy sex. Their spouse is always in a hurry and before your know it he is through. Foreplay prepares the body for sex. It helps the body release the necessary body hormones
